Our enterprise groups rely on the support of business and enterprise champions and mentors who can assist in a number of ways; from sponsorship and business advice, to buying NJaTC products for their premises 

Our strength lies, in part, in our partnerships with businesses, entrepreneurs and community organisations locally and nationally. One of our key goals is connecting our groups and group members with business mentors and champions  There are several ways that businesses, business leaders and entrepreneurs can get involved. But, if you do nothing else support our work by buying NJaTC tea and coffee or other products for your premises - buy the products.

Support a local group: sponsor the set-up and first year of a group where your business is based. It doesn't cost much and is a great way to connect with and support local communities. Groups don't need a lot of money to get started, just enough to buy some stock and basic equipment, but they do need practical support such as a place to have meetings and store stock, a registered address for post and banking. They may also need mentoring and training or help to get organised and create a plan.

Offer training and mentoring: our groups benefit from access to mentoring and training from businesses; shadowing and working with people out there, doing the things they need to do - marketing, budgeting, sales, leadership. Your business could also help us with training materials, templates, how-to guides for groups. Share your company's expertise and experience. You might want to sponsor some training materials.

Record a Podcast or Masterclass: we are keen to share the expertise and experience of entrepreneurs and business leaders with our groups; helping to inspire them, fuel their imaginations and build their skills. Talk to us about recording an audio podcast or a video interview or talk.

Contribute to our enterprise fund: some groups are keen to develop new products with us or to explore ways to add value to what they do, perhaps by opening a coffee kiosk, creating gift hampers or corporate gifts. To support them with this we are setting up an enterprise fund to provide the small amounts of capital that groups might need to develop their ideas. Talk to us about getting involved.

By changing the brand of tea and coffee in your office, or sourcing your corporate gifts from us or one of our groups local to you, you will be supporting our goals.
